If you are involved in an insurance claim and your insurance is covering your rental, make sure you know that and don't pay their extra insurance as they will not tell you that you are already covered.
I paid $600+ to have the car insured through them not realizing my insurance was covering it. When I contacted Enterprise a day after I dropped the car off and paid, the guy who picked up the phone said that they are not insurance agents and it's not their job to let me know.
I will be contacting corporate to let them know what horrible a experience I had here.
Great staff. After dropping off my rental they made sure I had a ride to the auto shop that had repaired my car.

I’ve been wanting to post a review for a while and kept forgetting. I just have to say the service here is amazing. I’m sorry to forget the managers name but she truly is the best! She always goes above and beyond. Their cars are always clean and they always have the perfect car available to me. Thank you to the manager and the whole staff for always being so amazing!
I usually don't give reviews but I have to say the people working there are the best from the girl who picked me up from the Dealership to the guy at the desk and the guy who checked my car out they really was there to serve you thats so unusual nowadays
Good service, mediocre car selection. All over rating, 4 out 5 for helpful and friendly employees.
Employees are very nice here. The vehicle on the other hand didn't give me the best first impression. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. It was washed and given to me soaking wet to drive off in. There was a noticeable amount of dirt along the window seals and dash board, even after it was cleaned inside. The kicker was when I reached under the drivers seat to adjust my seat position, and had grabbed a dirty sock! Later i discovered some trash under the drivers seat as well. Very disappointed. If it weren't for my busy schedule and the rental being comp'd by the insurance company, i definitely would have drove back and went somewhere else.
We were sent here by Nick at Kia while our car was being repaired on December 28, 2022. Car repair was supposed to be 10 days to 2 weeks since Kia already had the car a week. We added the extra insurance to be safe. Now since our car still isn't fixed and it's been over 6 weeks, we were informed by once again Nick to speak with Kate, the branch manager to discuss this as this wasn't the original agreement. Well thank you Kate for informing of Enterprise policy that since I agreed to it, I'm still going to have to pay. If you are looking for actual great customer service do not come here in our opinion they do not provide it.
